I worked under the guidance of cash & Revenue officer at PTCL Gujrat. here i learned all their duties like correcting the billing amount, preparing reports regarding installation of DSL & new landline connections and also prepare reports of defaulters. and then forward them to senior manager,i also learned to use their software ( PTCL customer care system) to check out customers information regarding invoices and to prepare tax statements of customers.
